Today's lab is to practice using the techniques you learned in the first 3 tutorial examples.

Create an input form for your local online grocer, on the form have 10 items, a place for the quantity

they are ordering, and beside that the price per item. The page should have a heading and submit button 

Create an results form listing the 10 items from the previous form, calculate the expanded cost and total. Show the expanded cost next to the item and quantity. Show the total cost at the bottom to the expanded costs.  The should have a heading.
