Creating a Cloud Mist Effect
 1.Create
a new image
- 400 wide
- woo high
- 72 pixels per inch
- RGB mode
- white background
2. Set Black as your foreground color and white as your background color
by hitting thre letter D.
3. Insert a new layer by clicking Layer => New => layer
4. Select the fill tool
 and fill
the new layer, layer 1 with black.
 5.
While layer 1 is highlighted, Click on Filter => Render => Clouds.
6. Set Layer 1 to screen mode.
 8.
Click on the background layer.
9. Select the gradient tool. Chose one of the rainbow gradients.
10. Draw a gradient on the background layer.
