  1. Open your Paint Shop Pro
  2. Click File and choose open
  3. Chose Choose a picture, and picture you have on your computer
  4. Open the picture
  5. Click on the magnify tool
  6. LEFT click on the picture to make it appear bigger
  7. Right click on the picture to make it appear smaller.


Notice, this does not change the size of your picture, it just makes it look bigger to you.
