be said openly in a classroom, it should not be said here. disrespect
can be for race, sex, religion, age, computer choice, sexual
preference, etc. I wont have ANYONE, not even you, bash anyone

these things that are out of their control.
No hack chat, warez, or other illegal
chat in the room. This
promotes good talk in the channel, and keeps the regulars around. I
don't care what you talk about out of my channel.
No sex chat, and no dating game.
Keep to the topic: This room is about
building web sites
and should
be the center of discussion. Often people come in and remain silent,
just
waiting for a discussion or working in the background. No need to entertain.
No red or neon text. Neon text can
cause migranes and seizures in those prone. Also most of the residents
work on the computer and do not need to strain to read your text
No Business discussions with potential clients in
the room. No flyby links posted. No get rich quick schemes allowed.
If a visitor needs to find a developer then they need to solicit for
private messages from the available room occupants. This removes the
competitive edge of the room and the competitiveness of the room.
Offering to do free work for others, while nice, takes away from
potential paid work for those who need to eat. Private messaging
unsolicited deals to room members is reason for a permanent ban.
